## Booking, cancellations, deposits and refunds
- Booking: online 24/7, by phone, or via the free online consultation. A consultation is recommended before colour services.
- Cancellation policy: we ask for at least 48 hours' notice to change or cancel. With 48 hours' notice or more there is no charge. Less than 48 hours' notice is charged at 50% of the service price, and a no-show is charged at 100%.
- Deposits: a deposit is taken for colour and longer appointments when you book, and is redeemed against the cost of your service on the day.
- Running late: please call as soon as you can; very late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
- Blow Dry Club: cancel any time with written notice; after cancelling, rejoining may not be possible at the same rate.
- Refunds: services are quoted and agreed before we begin, so you always know the cost. If you are ever unhappy, tell us and we will put it right.
