Parking
Free, and right next door.
There is a large car park right next to the salon, free for all our customers, so you can park up and walk straight in.
By train
Six-minute walk from Uckfield Station.
Direct services run from London Bridge. Head straight up the high street, we are on the right.
Accessibility
Step-free entry and a quiet seat on request.
We can place you in a quieter corner of the salon at any time. Please let us know your preferences when you book.

Booking, cancellations and deposits.
The practical bits, so you know exactly where you stand before you book.
You can book online any time via the Book Online link, call us on 01825 769699, or take our free online consultation and we will be in touch. A consultation is recommended before colour services.
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. With 48 hours' notice or more there is no charge. Less than 48 hours' notice is charged at 50% of the service price, and a no-show is charged at 100%. Please always give us a call as early as you can.
For colour and longer appointments we take a deposit when you book. It is not an extra cost, it simply comes off the price of your service on the day.
Please call us as soon as you can and we will always do our best to accommodate you. Occasionally a very late arrival may need to be rescheduled so we can still give you the time your hair deserves.
Every service is quoted and agreed before we begin, so you always know the cost in advance. If you are ever not completely happy, please tell us and we will put it right.
