What to expect
Each visit follows the same considered rhythm. Nothing rushed, nothing assumed, and you are looked after at every step.
Step 01· Consultation
We can place you in a quieter corner of the salon, away from the main floor. We will listen, ask gentle questions and look at your hair and scalp without judgement.
Step 02· Preparation
Where lifestyle, styling or product choices are contributing, we will explain. Where medical input is more appropriate, we will say so.
Step 03· Service
A cut designed to flatter your current density, scalp ritual where appropriate, and styling that adds volume without tension.
Step 04· Finish
We will style your hair so you can see, in the mirror, exactly what is possible at home with the right tools and a little time.
Step 05· Aftercare
Lower-heat styling, kinder brushing, a scalp routine if helpful and product recommendations only where they will genuinely help.
Step 06· Rebooking
We will agree the right rhythm together. Often this is regular trims, scalp care and a follow-up review every couple of months.

Pricing
The consultation fee is fully redeemable against any service you choose to book afterwards. We will never recommend something we do not believe will genuinely help. There is no pressure to commit on the day, ever.
Because every head of hair is different, we will quote precisely at consultation. There are no surprises at the till.
