We know that finding a new salon can feel quietly stressful. There is a lot of trust involved, and not every experience earns it.

Arrive a few minutes early if you can. We will offer you a drink, a magazine, and a quiet seat while you settle in.
An in-depth consultation
Hair history, lifestyle, the inspiration you have brought. We will ask the right questions and listen properly before any plan is made.
Patch test, where needed
Most colour services need a quick patch test 48 hours ahead. We will book that in with you, it takes around two minutes.
A relaxing service
From the wash to the finishing touches, expect calm music, a thoughtful pace, and regular check-ins to be sure you are comfortable.
Honest aftercare
We will recommend home care that fits your routine and budget. There is never any pressure to buy.

Patch test
A quick step we never skip.
All new colour clients (and anyone returning after six months) need a 48-hour patch test. It takes two minutes, please drop in or arrange one with us when you book.

Beautiful hair is built between appointments, not just during them. We will send you home with a simple at-home routine, recommended professional products only where they will genuinely help, and an invitation to reach out if anything needs adjusting.

FAQ
A few things people ask.
For colour change, balayage, extensions or hair-loss support, yes, we recommend a quick consultation. For cutting and treatments you can book directly. If you are unsure, send us a message and we will guide you.
Yes, our standard new-client consultations are complimentary. Hair-loss consultations carry a small fee that is redeemable against your first appointment.
Always. We will tell you when something is not right for your hair, and we will explain why. The aim is your long-term hair health, not just one beautiful day.
Cuts: around an hour. Colour: 1.5 to 3 hours. Balayage and extensions: 3 to 4 hours. We will confirm the exact timing when you book.
