We believe a really good hair appointment starts long before the first foil or section. Hair history, lifestyle, the way you actually wear your hair, it all matters.
You will not be rushed, oversold or formula-applied. We will tell you when something is not right for your hair, and we will design the plan that genuinely fits your life.

Welcome. You can book online any time using any Book Online button, or call us on 01825 769699 during opening hours. If you are not sure who to book with, just tell us your goals and we will match you with the right stylist.
For bigger colour changes, balayage, extensions or hair-loss support we recommend a quick consultation first, so we can plan properly and arrange any patch test. Cuts and most treatments can be booked directly. If you are unsure, take our short consultation quiz or send us a message.
Yes, standard new-client consultations are complimentary and completely no-pressure. Hair-loss consultations carry a small fee that is redeemable against your first appointment.
For your safety, most colour services need a quick patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. It only takes a couple of minutes, and we will arrange it with you when you book your first colour.
Every price on the site is a from guide. The final price depends on your hair length, thickness and the time it takes, and we always confirm it with you before we begin. There are no surprises at the till.
That is completely normal and absolutely fine. Bring photos if you have them, and we will listen, talk it through honestly and design something that suits your hair and your life. Our consultation quiz is a lovely place to start.
Yes, you are welcome to book with whoever you like. If you are not sure, tell us what you are hoping for and we will match you with the best stylist for it.
We are in the centre of Uckfield at 9 Bell Walk, TN22 5DQ, with a large car park right next to the salon that is free for all our customers. We are open Monday to Wednesday 9 to 5:30, Thursday 9 to 8, Friday 9 to 5 and Saturday 9 to 4, closed Sundays.
