Noticing thinning or shedding can be quietly devastating. There is so much information online and a lot of it is contradictory. Here is what we share with clients in our private consultation, calm, practical, and rooted in what we can actually help with.
Start with the scalp
A healthy scalp is the foundation of healthy hair. A gentle scalp massage two or three times a week, plus a clarifying treatment monthly, is a brilliant start.
Choose the right cut
A long, layered cut can disguise density change. So can a chic chin-length bob with internal layers. We will design a shape that flatters how your hair is now, not how it was.
Be gentle with styling
Tight ponytails, harsh brushing and overuse of heat all add stress. Switch to a wide-toothed comb on damp hair and lower your heat tools.

If shedding is sudden, very persistent, or paired with other symptoms, please speak to your GP. We will always signpost when it is the right step.
