What to expect as a new client at Servanté Studio

From the welcome to the wash-down, a gentle walk-through of your first appointment, designed to settle any nerves.

If this is your first visit, welcome. We know how vulnerable a hair appointment can feel, especially after a less-than-perfect experience elsewhere. Here is what to expect from start to finish.

Before you arrive

Most colour services need a quick patch test 48 hours before. We will book this with you and the test takes around two minutes. Bring inspiration images if you have them.

The welcome

Arrive a few minutes early if you can. We will offer you a drink, a magazine, and a quiet seat while you settle in.

Your consultation

We start every new appointment with a proper consultation, not just a five-second chat at the chair. Expect honest, calm questions about your hair history, your routine and your goals.

The service

Your stylist will explain each step, check in throughout, and adjust to your comfort. Our wash area is one of the most peaceful corners of the salon.

Aftercare and rebooking

We will recommend home care, talk about how to style your hair between visits and offer you a slot to rebook if you would like one. There is never any pressure.
